connection and camaraderie with like-minded providers
The most healing medicine is relational and not hierarchical.
As healers, providers, and practitioners, we’re not wrong for feeling that and knowing that.
And while we can’t necessarily shift the full system, we can shift the culture of the way we practice medicine — so our work is actually healing and truly honoring to ourselves and those we provide care to.
I’m in the process of creating a cohort for providers who know that this system is faulty and both need it to be different for their sustainability as healing practitioners, but also want it to be different for everyone, and are willing to take steps for that to be true (while likely continuing to exist/work within it).

It’s important to me to build this offering in collaboration and community with other providers so it can be of most service. I have been deeply craving a container like this, and have heard from many of you that you are also interested in exploring connection and camaraderie with other like-minded providers. The Providership Cohort will meet once or twice per month for four to six months. The group will begin when there is enough interest. Please share your interest by filling out the survey and/or joining the waitlist.
