About the event
This is the first offering of my series Liberating Our Healing - created to help build and grow a deeper understanding of our bodies and how to connect with them. I fully believe that as we better understand our bodies and their communication we gain trust and more deeply support our body’s innate ability to heal.
Together we will be exploring:
The body parts we use to breathe (airway anatomy)
How our lungs work
The practice of feeling and connecting with these body parts
Sharing words that we might use to describe our lung and airway sensations
