Nourishment March 22

This is the second of four sessions exploring nourishment.   We gather again on Friday, March 22nd, at 12 PM PST to follow our incredible nourishment system into the esophagus and down into the stomach. We’ll explore the communication of these body parts - like the variety of stomach sensations we may experience - and talk about how we can better understand what is happening in our body based on these differences.

Even if you were unable to join us for our first session on the mouth, you can still sign up for this session and/or the Nourishment system! The cost of this session is $70.  If you have financial spaciousness to pay slightly more, please consider paying $80-85 to help make this offering accessible to a wider range of participants.  If you have less financial spaciousness and it is helpful for you to be uplifted by our community, please pay $55-60.
