Nourishment March 8

Nourishment is about how we bring in the tools our bodies need to thrive. In this session we will be discussing how we take in food and break it into the parts we can use to nourish us. We will specifically explore our mouths, tongues, teeth, esophagus, and stomach. We’ll locate these body parts and practice connecting to them.  This is the first of four sessions exploring nourishment.   The cost of this session is $65.  If you have financial spaciousness to pay slightly more, please consider paying $75 to help make this offering accessible to a wider range of participants.  If you have less financial spaciousness and it is helpful for you to be uplifted by our community, please pay $50.
