Welcome to Anatomy Dances.
There is no choreography to follow. You are invited to move how your body wants to and in a way that is available to you today. While Kaeri is upright, you may find that it feels best for your body to move while seated or lying down. This movement is for you and your body with the hope of strengthening the relationship between the two of you.
The Anatomy Dances series is an invitation to playfully connect to our different body parts through movement. Our bodies appreciate connection and connecting through movement offers opening by bringing new types of motion into body parts they may not experience on a regular basis. Our bodies are asking for us to bring our noticing inwards and sometimes that noticing can feel big or hard. This video series is meant as a lighthearted opportunity to visit different parts of our body.
