Saying Hello to Your Liver is a 90-minute, live, online workshop exploring our awesome livers. Our liver is our great protector - part of our defense system, our cleansing system, and our nutritive system. They work really hard to support us and sometimes get tired or backed up. This gathering is an opportunity to start a conversation with or invite a shift in how you connect with your body and your liver. It is important to honor our liver, and to be able to do that requires actually knowing our liver. This class is a moment of greeting, an opportunity to say, "hi."

Kaeri Schaefer MD brings her experience as a functional and family medicine doctor, bodyworker and dancer as she gently and spaciously guides us during our time together. She believes as more people are able to find inner trust through increased understanding of their bodies, people will be able to hold each other with more spaciousness, care and trust.

While we gather, Kaeri will be introducing us to our livers, guiding playful practices of body connection and celebrating your liver’s wisdom and innate ability to heal, protect, cleanse, and nourish.

And I said to my body softly, "I want to be your friend.
