Pelvises

Let's explore this important part of our bodies, connect in with our pelvises, and discuss ways they might communicate through back and/or hip pain. This is the second of three sessions exploring movement. Even if you were unable to join us for the first session, you can still sign up for this session! The cost of this session is $70.  If you have financial spaciousness to pay slightly more, please consider paying $80-85 to help make this offering accessible to a wider range of participants.  If you have less financial spaciousness and it is helpful for you to be uplifted by our community, please pay $55-60.
